2. Service Subscriptions and Billing
2.1 Monthly Website Optimization Program
- By subscribing, you confirm your subscription to Impact Platforms' monthly website optimization program on behalf of the customer.
- You authorize Impact Platforms to charge your credit card monthly, starting with an initial commitment of one month. Cancellations are not permitted during the first month.
- Following the initial month, billing will continue on a month-to-month basis.
- If you choose to discontinue the monthly website optimization program, written notice must be provided at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. 2.2 Content Approval Process
- All content submitted for your review must be approved or rejected within 5 business days from the date of submission.
- If no response is provided within this timeframe, the submitted content will be considered approved by default.
2.3 Refund Policy
- Impact Platforms does not offer refunds for services rendered. By subscribing to our Services, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
3. Representations and Warranties
As the customer, you represent and warrant that:
- Any keywords, search terms, or related data provided to Impact Platforms are free from third-party rights infringements, including (but not limited to) trademarks, copyrights, and logos.
- Impact Platforms is a third-party service provider and is not responsible for external search engine algorithm updates, policies, or changes that may affect your rankings or visibility.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, designs, and functionality created or provided by Impact Platforms are the exclusive property of Impact Platforms. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impact Platforms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or connected to the use of our Services.
6. Modifications to Terms
Impact Platforms reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to this page. By continuing to use our Services after modifications, you accept the updated Terms.
7. SMS Consent and Communications
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from Impact Platforms, you consent to receive SMS communications regarding updates, billing, service information, and other related notifications.

7.2 Opting Out
- You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message received or by contacting us directly at support@impactplatforms.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for opt-out requests to take effect.
7.3 SMS Communication Limitations
- SMS notifications may not be available in all areas and are provided as a convenience. Impact Platforms is not liable for any delays in SMS delivery or for any issues related to network providers or service interruptions.
